A: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. We do ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible so we have an opportunity to offer that appointment time to another patient.

A: You’ll be seen by one of our experienced licensed optometrists, who will take the time to provide a thorough evaluation, answer your questions, and explain your eye health clearly.

**Q: Do you have bilingual staff/doctors?**
A: At this time, we do not have bilingual doctors or staff members available.

**Q: Will I need to be dilated?**
A: In most cases, yes. We routinely dilate patients as part of our thorough eye health evaluation. We also offer reversal dilation drops when appropriate, and most patients are able to drive home after their visit.

**Q: Do you sell glasses?**
A: Yes—we offer a full-service optical department with eyewear for adults and children, including designer frames, sunglasses, safety eyewear, and specialty lens options.

**Q: Do you sell contact lenses?**
A: Yes—we carry leading brands from Johnson & Johnson and CooperVision, along with specialty contact lens options, including scleral lenses.

**Q: Can I use my own frames?**
A: Yes. In many cases, we can place new lenses into your existing frames. A reconditioning fee applies and includes cleaning, adjustments, alignment, replacement of nose pads when needed, and inspection of the frame's condition.
