Dr. Shane Laster has been providing comprehensive eye care since 1994, bringing decades of experience in medical eye care and specialty contact lenses. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree with highest honors from Northeastern State University College of Optometry, where he was recognized for his clinical excellence and academic achievement.
Throughout his career, Dr. Laster has remained at the forefront of advancements in eye care. He was a pioneer in laser procedures in Arkansas, including YAG and SLT, and continues to stay actively engaged in evolving treatments, including innovations in dry eye care and aesthetics.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Laster enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, their four sons, and their growing family of grandchildren. He stays active playing pickleball, exploring local bike trails, and traveling to learn about new developments in eye care.
